1 Year Anniversary Festivities and New Menu Items

On May 1, 2018, Paddles Up will be officially open for one year! We are so excited to be a part of this great community and can’t believe how quick this year has gone by. We will be celebrating this milestone on May 3rd during our Downtown Boise First Thursday event.

At 5:00 pm on May 3rd, Paddles Up, along with Spoonthumb Ice Cream, Red Light Challenge, Powderhaus Brewery, and local artists Mrs. Kilcup and Idaho Adventures Art, will be putting on an amazing celebration of our 1-year Anniversary. Paddles Up will also be providing one FREE beer with every purchase. So make sure to put it on your calendar for the May DBA First Thursday event. We will also be releasing two new menu items, The Sun Valley Poké Burger and the Tamarack Tacos. We are very excited about these new items which will give all of our customers even more options at Paddles Up.

Reflecting on this past year, we are so thankful for all the relationships that we have made with our customers. We have met some amazing people that have made this journey such a rewarding one. We now have a second location, a refurnished first location, amazing partnerships with Boise State Broncos and the Idaho Steelheads, a 2017 Best of Boise award, meeting amazing new faces daily,  and regulars that we consider our family. So thank you. Thank you for all of the poké bowls, burritos, and nachos that have been enjoyed this past year. Your support will continue to motivate us to always better our product and your experience.
